Split!

Chapter 1

I'm in my bed wide AWAKE!I can hear Mum and Dad are arguing downstairs.Dad came home late and spent half of the money,so I don't blame for getting angry.I don't know who's right and who's wrong.I guess they're a bit of both.I feel really sad and I want us to be a family.Last night I had this whacky dream.Mum and Dad got split up and they never talked to each other again!


Chapter 2

I'm awake and I can hear my alarm clock ringing. I turn my alarm clock off and put my green jumper on. I go to the toilet and brush my teeth. I creep downstairs and eat my breakfast. YUMMY! After I eat my breakfast,I get my school bag and my planning sheet and off I go to school.
"Hey,Katie,wait up!" Charlie shouts.
"What class are you in today?" Charlie asks.
"Uh maths,I hate maths." I grown.
"What group?" Charlie asks.
"Group 6b." I reply.
"So,where's Rose?" I ask.
"Oh,she's coming,she's running late,she'll be here." She replies.
"Hey,Katie,Charlie wait up!" Rose shouts.
"What took you so long?" I ask.
"Oh… umm we had a sleepover last night." Rose replies.
There's a long pause.
"Here we are at school." Rose says.
"Here we are at prison,more like." Charlie says.




Chapter 3

It's lunch time,and Charlie Rose and I are on the bench talking. I told them about last night. They weren't that shocked,because the same thing happened to them.
"So,what do we do?" Rose asks.
"We have to find a place where they're alone in a room,where they can talk things out." Charlie says.
"I know,make them go to a restaurant." Charlie exclaims.
"Great idea." I say.



Chapter 4

"Mum I'm home!" I shout.
"Ok darling!" Mum shouts back.
"Mum can we go to a fancy restaurant tonight?" I ask.
"Oh…sorry darling but I have a very important meating tonight."Mum replies.
"Ahhhh…" I sigh.
"Well… I guess I can tell Mr Storkton that I can't come tonight."Mum says.
"Thanks."I say.
We're at the restaurant waiting for our food to be served,when suddenly…Rose and Charlie call.So I go to the toilet and tell them all about what just happened.



Chapter 5

We're home,and it's really late.Instead of brushing my teeth and jumping into bed ,I get my homework out,because I've got a maths test tommorow and I'm RUBISH at maths. I mean,how am I meant to focus when I've got soooo much on my mind.I'm not bothed so I usea calculater.


Chapter 6

It's Wednesday morning and I'M LATE FOR SCHOOL!!! I jump out of bed and put my green jumper on. I rush into the toilet and brush my teeth.After I went to the toilet I dashed downstairs.For breakfast I only had a banana. I got my school bag and my planning sheet and the minute I stepped out of the house I ran.When I was at the school gate I went strate to the office and they gave me a late pass. I looked at my planning sheet and I go to class 6A maths.Mrs Kingston asks me why I'm late.
I say "I had a dentist appointment."
She gives us our test sheets and we start the test.


Chapter 7

When we're walking home I tell Rose and Charlie that the plan never worked.So we think of something else.
"I know ,how about we leave them alone in the sitting room."Charlie says.
"Great idea!"I say.



Chapter 8

When I get home, mum and dad are on the sofa so I run upstairs.They're watching whole in the wall.After 10minutes still nothing has happened! I feel like there's no hope left in me.So I lie there bored and very tens.After a few minutes I fall asleep.


Chapter 9

I tell Rose and Charlie that th plan didn't work.Then they sigh.
"This is getting sooo fustrating!"Rose says.
"Ok,how about we all go to the Cinema and we leave them alone."Charlie says.



Chapter 10

We're at the Cinema and Charlie Rose and I are waiting for something to happen.We leave them alone and they start to talk and laugh.We come home and I hop into bed. I can't sleep so I call Charlie and Rose.That's weird I can't hear any arguing.My wish came true after all.
